Value-First Scorecard
When it comes to growing a business, most owners spend their time chasing hacks or scrambling for leads instead of building the engines that actually create predictable value. The Value-First Scorecard is designed to fix that.
How to Use the Value-First Scorecard

Step 2: Score Each Area Honestly
Using the Scorecard, rate yourself across the four categories. Don’t overthink it. The point isn’t to look good in your own eyes, it’s to see how valuable your offer is. A “low” score isn’t failure; it’s a roadmap to improvement.
Step 3: Identify Bottlenecks
Your lowest scores show where your engine is leaking power. These weak points usually explain the rollercoaster revenue most business owners feel trapped on.
Step 4: Spot Your Quick Wins
Before tackling the hardest problems, look for easy areas that can be tuned for immediate gains (the easiest areas usually have lower point values).
Step 5: Create Your Action Plan
Use the Scorecard as a guide to prioritize your next steps. If you land below 40 points, stop all branding spend and focus on adding value to your offer before all else. Once you create your action plan, you can start focusing on the aesthetics of your business to support an already great offer!
